Thought Process: The main idea behind Nectar Skincare was to create a brand that feels both nurturing and elevated—celebrating the natural healing powers of bee-derived ingredients. My process centered around highlighting the ingredients’ benefits while crafting a visual identity that would resonate with conscious consumers seeking both effectiveness and elegance in their skincare routine.

Logo and Visual Identity

The logo for Nectar Skincare was born from the idea of unity between nature and beauty. I explored ways to visually represent the core ingredients and their source, eventually developing an icon that seamlessly blends a bee and a flower into one cohesive symbol. This fusion represents both the hardworking nature of the bee and the delicate beauty of the flower—mirroring the brand’s balance of power and softness. The icon serves as a simple yet meaningful mark that instantly communicates the brand’s identity: naturally derived, beautifully crafted.

Packaging and Products

The product development process for Nectar Skincare focused on creating a cohesive line that addresses hydration, healing, and daily nourishment using our signature bee-derived ingredients. Each formula—whether a moisturizer, serum, or face wash—was crafted to highlight the unique benefits of honey, propolis, and beeswax while maintaining a lightweight, non-irritating feel. Packaging was designed to reflect the brand’s elevated yet natural aesthetic: minimalist brown glass containers with brand colors. This reinforces Nectar Skincare’s identity as a sensory, luxurious ritual rooted in nature.

Advertisements and Social Media

Creating advertisements and social media posts for Nectar Skincare was all about translating the brand’s essence into visual storytelling. I focused on clean, glowing imagery that highlighted the textures of the products and the natural beauty of the ingredients. Captions and taglines were crafted to be both informative and poetic—emphasizing the healing power of nature with a luxurious tone. The goal was to create a cohesive digital presence that felt aspirational, nurturing, and authentically connected to the brand’s core values.

Merchandise

The Nectar Skincare merchandise line was designed to extend the brand experience beyond skincare and into everyday rituals. Items like tote bags, cosmetic pouches, hand towels, and wash cloths were created using soft, sustainable materials in the brand’s signature color palette. Each piece features subtle embroidered or printed details, such as the bee-flower icon or the brand mantra. These items not only promote the brand but also enhance the self-care experience
